Model BFx5 Multiple Style Brush staple set machine. Designed to make custom brush development easy and for shorter production runs. A 5 axis machine with different size staple heads spaced 14" apart. Select the style brush to make, flat with vertical tufts, flared tufts, round block or disk scrub brush or a cylinder type brush. Teach or Generate a brush, make a drill cycle and then shift to repeat the pattern for tufting under the head selected. Flat holder fixtures can be easily made, a 5" vise is provided for small rounds, a optional 22" disk table top and optional cylinder brush attachment complete the machine. The drill and each head motor is a variable speed drive.

Small head #22W: .065 / 1.7 mm holes up to .187 / 4.7 mm
Bundles up to 4.7 inches for a 2.5" trim
Large head #10: .125 / 3 mm up to .375 / 9.5 mm hole sizes
Bundles 9.5 inches long for a 4.5 trim
Optional #10L stroke for 14" long bundles
